Cleo’s Cloud?
Amateur investigators claim to have recovered a rare silkworm from a popular grove in eastern Argos. Tests prove the threads made by the insect can block truth when woven finely enough. Secret Seekers are adamant this is the very source of the Cloud of Lies. Further fueling the speculations, the Grove is officially registered to an unconfirmed nymph named Clio. Many speculate the nymph is simply a front for History Herself.
As unrest grows over the possible uses of such a material, the Pantheon has denied the allegations, turned the mortals into various animals or quaint objects, and filed a civil suit to have all discussion of the matter ceased, until such time as the Almighty Zeus changes His mind.
